Z28 control lever
The Z28 control lever is based on the rack-and-pinion principle. It has a compact but nevertheless robust design, making it ideal for use as a throttle control lever for small machinery under heavy loads, such as tampers or vibratory plates. With a sealed design, it is securely protected against intrusive debris.
Z30 control lever
The Z30 is a throttle control lever specially developed for tampers. The functions of the Z30 control lever include various index positions, an integrated fuel tap with automatic fuel shut-off in the stop position and spark ignition interrupter.
Z40 control lever
The meflex Z40 control lever is a gear rack control with a 40 mm stroke in a very compact design. Like the Z28 control lever, it is very well suited for small machinery applications with high loads. This control lever is also available with a plastic encapsulated handle.
US5 control lever
The US5 control lever is based on the wrap principle, with a robust design and numerous equipment options that make it ideal for use in construction and agricultural machinery. With a range of equipment options, such as interlocked or friction indexing and adjustable self-blocking, it can be optimized for a particular field of application.
Control lever 3
The control lever 3 is an excellent choice as a mechanical remote control for all automated trailer hitches in agriculture and forestry applications as well as truck and trailer use. With interlocked indexing, simple and secure hitching and unhitching of trailer units is ensured. It is easy to actuate, with no resistance to the return forces coming from the actuator, which make it very user-friendly.
Control lever 4
The meflex control lever 4 is very well suited as a drive control for drum compactors, for example. With defined positions for neutral and park settings and end stops for forward and reverse, which can also be detected by proximity switches if desired, reliable operation with clearly defined feedback is ensured.
ZK control lever
The meflex ZK control lever is an extremely robust gear rack control that can implement very long strokes and high transmitted forces. With numerous equipment options, such as index position and spring-loaded return, it can be customized for individual applications.
EZ control lever
The meflex EZ control lever can be used as a drum control for mobile mixers under any environmental conditions. Its self-blocking and index positions can be continuously variably adjusted. The double-tangential version can be used to perform two switching or locking actions with one movement of the lever.
DZ control lever
The meflex DZ control lever has the same properties and application options as the meflex EZ control lever. With two levers that can be operated independently of each other, two switching or locking actions are possible. One or more defined switch settings are easy to find with tactile indexing. The actuators are held in the selected setting. The spring return function ensures that it returns to the initial position.
Hand brake lever
The meflex hand brake lever is very robust and ideal for transmitting large forces. The interlocked index provides very secure locking. The hand brake lever is very well suited for concealed installation.
